The first step in getting Mixmax help is to search for the issue you're looking for in our extensive Help Center, where we have detailed and easy-to-follow instructions for almost every Mixmax question you may have.

If you can't find what you're looking for in the Mixmax Help Center, you can get in touch with our team by filling out this pre-generated email and sending it to firstname.lastname@example.org. We'll get back to you during normal business hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Pacific Time. We usually respond in less than one business day.
When writing your message to us, keep in mind that the more detail you can provide about the issue, the easier it will be for our team to understand the problem and assist you, ultimately saving you time. Every user's computer is different, so it's important to walk us through the context of the problem. The details to include are:
- What is the issue?
- What were you attempting to do that wasn't possible because of the issue?
- What steps did you take before the issue happened?
- What are you seeing when the issue occurs?
Include any screenshots you can of your entire browser window (including top address bar) showing the issue (Screenshots are VERY helpful to us!)
If the issue is related to specific messages (including sequences or templates), please also include:
- Subject of the message
- Recipient(s) of the message
- Approximate time/date message was sent (or intended to be sent)
- Name of sequence/template used, if applicable
