Recommended Salesforce Reports
If you are on a Mixmax Growth or Enterprise plan (with Mixmax's Salesforce sync setup) Mixmax will sync messages, calendar events and analytics to the associated contact, lead, or opportunity within Salesforce. To select which events you sync to Salesforce, visit the CRM & Team Live Feed page of your Settings.
The below are commonly used reports that our customers utilize in Salesforce to report on synced data from Mixmax. Learn more on the schema used for syncing this data here.
- Emails Sent
- Report type = Tasks & Events
- Show = Completed activities
- Show = Tasks
- Add filter
- Subject starts with Sent (New):
- Subject starts with Sent (New) [
- Add filter logic
- Change from “1 AND 2”, to “1 OR 2”
- Optional: to make sure you’re ONLY pulling Mixmax activities
- Full Comments contain “Insight provided by Mixmax”
- If added you’ll need to edit filter logic to say “(1 OR 2) and 3”
- Edit the report to include fields that you want to display
- Group the report be Assigned if you want to aggregate by user
