Contacts from my company address book don't show up
To sync your company's Google Directory, head over to the Integrations page of your Mixmax web app and find the Google Directory box. Click the Connect Google Directory button, follow the instructions, and you're good to go. You may need to ask your Google Apps administrator to enable API access. Learn more.
Once your organization's Google Directory is synced to Mixmax, email addresses in your organization will be automatically added to your Contacts.
To re-sync your company directory, navigate back to the Integrations page and click Re-sync Google Directory. Keep in mind that if you delete contacts in your Google Directory, re-syncing will not remove those contacts from Mixmax. It will only add new contacts.
