The Mixmax Chrome extension is not supported for Outlook-based users. Instead, Outlook-based users can install the Mixmax Add-in for Outlook. To learn more about the Mixmax integration with Outlook, check out How to use Outlook with Mixmax.
There may be times when you need to uninstall and reinstall Mixmax, for example, if you need to install it for another email account or device, if you have recently changed devices, or if Mixmax is simply no longer connected to your Gmail account.
Here's how to temporarily disable — and then re-enable — Mixmax:
Disabling Mixmax
Go to chrome://extensions, and find Mixmax in your list of extensions. Next, move the toggle switch into the off (left) position.
Re-enabling Mixmax
Move the toggle switch to the on (right) position.
If you don't see Mixmax in your list of extensions, you can re-install the Chrome extension. Go to mixmax.com and click Install for Free to download the extension.
