Salesforce integration is available on the Mixmax Growth + CRM plan and above. Visit our pricing page for more details.
If your Mixmax meeting doesn't sync to the Salesforce calendar, try these steps:
1. Make sure that Meetings are specified to be synced to Salesforce
You can find this setting in the Salesforce sync settings, accessible via the 'Admin center' > Roles (select the role) > Salesforce page.
2. Check the calendar where your event is booked on
For Gmail users, Mixmax only syncs events booked on your primary calendar in Google Calendar. This is the calendar associated with the Google account used to sign in to Mixmax.
For Outlook users, if the meeting was scheduled via Mixmax, it will be synced to Salesforce. If the meeting was scheduled directly in Outlook Calendar, it will not be synced to Salesforce.
If an event is canceled or deleted in Outlook Calendar, it will not be removed from Salesforce.
3. How long ago was this event booked or updated?
Changes made to Google Calendar may take up to 40 minutes to reflect in Salesforce.
4. Make sure an existing Contact or Lead is included as a guest
Mixmax only syncs to the Salesforce calendar if the recipient has an existing Contact or Lead record associated with their email address.
