Currently, the Mixmax Sidebar and Tasks Workflow in the Inbox are not supported for Outlook-based users. To learn more about the Mixmax integration with Outlook, check out How to use Outlook with Mixmax.
The Mixmax Tasks Workflow mode enables you to complete a batch of tasks efficiently. You can also use the Tasks Workflow to quickly make all your phone calls for the day using Mixmax Calling. The Tasks Workflow is available on the Enterprise plan — contact sales to learn more.
The Tasks Workflow makes it easy to complete your work. Use the arrow buttons (or keyboard shortcuts below) to move between tasks, complete tasks, add comments or fill out task fields, and sync all the information to Salesforce.
When the open task is associated with a specific contact, you will see the Mixmax Sidebar right next to the task workflow. To collapse or expand the Sidebar, just click the arrow in the top left corner of the window.
To learn more about the Sidebar, see the Mixmax Sidebar overview.
How to start the Tasks Workflow
You can access the Tasks Workflow in three places:

Sequences — You can complete the tasks for each individual stage or complete all tasks for the sequence. Click the Start my tasks button to start the Tasks Workflow.
Tasks dashboard of the Mixmax web app — Go to the Tasks page and click the green Start tasks button. You can filter by the due date by clicking a due date on the left.
