There may be times when you need to uninstall and reinstall Mixmax, for example, if you need to install it for another email account or device, if you have recently changed devices, or if Mixmax is simply no longer connected to your Gmail account.
Here's how to temporarily disable — and then re-enable — Mixmax:
Disabling Mixmax
In your address bar, type and go to chrome://extensions. You'll then see all the extensions you have installed. Find Mixmax in your list of extensions. Next, move the toggle switch into the off (left) position.
Re-enabling Mixmax
Go to your installed Chrome extensions page again. Find Mixmax and then move the toggle switch to the on (right) position.
If you don't see Mixmax in your list of extensions, you can reinstall the Chrome extension. Go to the Mixmax page in the Google Chrome Web Store and click Add to Chrome to download the extension.
