If you no longer wish to use Mixmax services or receive notifications, you can take steps to disconnect it from your account entirely:
1. Delete the Mixmax extension.
Open the browser where the Mixmax extension is installed. Go to your browser's extensions or add-ons manager, locate the Mixmax extension, and select "Remove" or "Uninstall."
If you only delete the extension from your browser, it will not cancel your paid Mixmax subscription. Click here to know more about how your plan can be canceled.
After deleting the extension, your Mixmax account will still exist. You can download the extension again and resume using Mixmax if you choose to do so.
2. Revoke Mixmax's access to your Gmail account.
Log in to your Google account and navigate to Security settings > Third-party access. Locate Mixmax in the connected apps list and select "Remove Access."
Click 'Delete all connections you have with Mixmax'.
Click Confirm in the confirmation pop-up to complete the process.
3. Request that your personal information be deleted.
You can request that Mixmax delete your personal information by using the email address associated with your account and sending the request to [email protected].
