Updated over a week ago

With Mixmax Calendar Enhancements, scheduling meetings is a breeze. To get ready to schedule meetings for your assigned AE(s) directly on their calendars, you will need to ask them to share their calendars with you first.

Subscribing to your AE's calendar

To subscribe to an AE's calendar, follow these steps:

  1. Go to your Google Calendar.

  2. In the left panel, under Other calendars, click + (Add) > Subscribe to calendar.

  3. In the Add calendar field, enter the AE's email address or select one from the drop-down list.

Adding calendar

4. If your AE has already shared the calendar with you, it will be automatically added to your Google Calendar under Other calendars. Otherwise, you will be prompted to send them an access request. You can add a custom note to the request if you wish.

Sending access request

You can provide your AE(s) with the instructions on how to share Google Calendar so they can share their calendars with you. You won't need to request access then!

5. If your AE hasn't shared access before and you send a request to them, they will receive an email with a link to accept the request. Upon clicking the link, they will be redirected to their Calendar settings. Your AE will need to assign you the "Make changes and manage sharing" permission.

6. Once your AE accepts the request, you will receive an email with a link to add their calendar. After you confirm, their calendar will be added to your Other calendars, and you will be able to select it when booking a meeting or sharing availability with Mixmax enhancements.

Here is how you can create a meeting template on behalf of your AE:

Now, you can schedule meetings not only on your own calendar but also directly on your AE's calendar! Let's go to the next lesson to learn what you can do with Mixmax directly in your Gmail.
