RB2B integration

Identify, connect and convert anonymous website visitors with Mixmax & RB2B.

Updated over a month ago

The Mixmax and RB2B integration lets you identify anonymous website visitors and automatically enroll them in personalized, multichannel sequences in Mixmax.

Requirements

  1. An active RB2B account is required. Refer to the RB2B help center for setup guidance.

  2. A workspace admin must configure the RB2B integration from their account. Once a workspace admin enables the integration, end users will be connected.

How to Enable the RB2B Integration in Mixmax

In order to connect your workspace to the RB2B integration, navigate to the personal integration settings here.

Then, click "Enable RB2B".

Once RB2B has been enabled, click on "Webhook URL". You will see a note that the link was copied.

After copying the webhook URL, navigate to the RB2B integration settings here.

From the RB2B integration settings, select "view integration settings" in the Mixmax tile.

Paste the copied Mixmax webhook URL into the prompt and select "save".

RB2B in Mixmax Rules

Once the RB2B integration is enabled, users can set up Mixmax rules to add website visitors to their Mixmax sequences.

From the Rules page here, select "+ New Rule", then select "RB2B" as the Rule Trigger.

After, configure the filters to specify which recipients should be added to your sequence.

Finally, select the Sequence action to add recipients to the sequence you would like and activate the rule.

RB2B Variables in Sequences

Within sequences, users can utilize RB2B data as variables within their sequence content. The values for these sequence variables will be automatically populated from the data automatically retrieved from RB2B.

To add an RB2B variable within your stage content, select "Insert Variable" within the stage editor.

After, select RB2B tab and choose your variable from the drop down.
