Rules are an excellent way to automate additional workflows beyond what Mixmax already provides. But what if you want to apply a Rule to your entire workspace?
Workspace admins can set up workspace-level Rules by going to the 'Admin center' and clicking 'Workspace rules'.

There must be multiple members in the workspace for workspace-level rules to function.
All other members of your workspace must be on the Inbox Copilot plan or above for the workspace-level Rules to work.
