Mixmax Rules are a great way to automate additional workflows on top of what Mixmax already delivers. But what if you want to use a Rule for your entire Workspace?
Workspace Admins can set up Workspace level Rules by going to the Mixmax dashboard.
Click Settings in the sidebar on the left, select the Admin tab at the top of the page, then click the Rules tab below.

A few quick notes about Workspace level Rules:
You must have a Workspace set up (meaning multiple users managed under one billing account).
Other members of your Workspace need to be on a Growth or Enterprise subscription for the Workspace level Rules to work.
