Learn more about email and task performance and recipient status metrics available in Sequence reporting.

Updated over 2 weeks ago

Insights tab

The Insights tab allows you a closer look at the performance of your sequence and recipients. The performance and recipient status metrics may be used to indicate overall sequence performance and the performance of stages within an individual sequence. The metrics are scoped according to the context in which they are used.

In the Insights tab, you can filter the data for all recipients or just 'My recipients'.

Data for all/my recipients

At the Insights tab, you can view the sequence summary data at the top of the page and drill down into the details for each stage under Email performance. It is so easy to check which stage performs the best!

We display email performance metrics in various parts of the product. The definitions below apply only to Sequence email performance.

Email Performance

The Task Performance section displays the total number of Tasks created, the number of Tasks that are still open, and the number of Tasks that have been completed in the sequence per stage.

Email Performance

Email performance metrics consider all emails sent from every stage in the sequence. Keep in mind that email deliveries will generally exceed the number of recipients who went through a sequence, since a recipient will typically receive more than one email in a sequence.

FAQ

What is the difference between sent and delivered?

Sometimes, emails do not reach a recipient's inbox and are considered bounced emails. Sent is the total number of emails you tried to send. Delivered is the total number of emails that successfully made it without a bounce. Bounced emails can be calculated by subtracting delivered emails from sent emails.

What happens if the same recipient opens, clicks, replies, downloads, or books a meeting from the same email multiple times?

We will count them only once toward our total number of emails.

Example: Ryan opens the same email 4 different times; we will count it as one open.
