Updated over a week ago

Sequences are available on the Mixmax Small Business plan and above. Check out our pricing page for more information.

Insights tab

The Insights tab allows you a closer look at the performance of your sequence and recipients. The performance and recipient status metrics may be used to indicate overall sequence performance, as well as the performance of stages within an individual sequence. The metrics are scoped according to the context in which they are used.

With the Insights tab, you will have the ability to filter the data for all recipients or my recipients.

Data for all/my recipients

At the Insights tab, you can view the sequence summary data at the top of the page and drill down into the details for each stage under Email performance. It is so easy to check which stage performs the best!

We display email performance metrics in various parts of the product. The definitions below are applicable to Sequence email performance only.

Email Performance

The Task Performance section displays the total number of Tasks created, Tasks that are still open, and the Tasks that have been completed in the sequence per stage.

Task Performance

Email Performance

Email performance metrics consider all emails sent from every stage in the sequence. Keep in mind that email deliveries will generally be higher than the number of recipients that went through a sequence since a recipient will typically receive more than one email in a sequence.

FAQ

What is the difference between sent and delivered?

Sometimes, emails do not successfully make it to a recipient's inbox and are considered bounced emails. Sent is the total number of emails you tried to send. Delivered is the total number of emails that successfully made it without a bounce. Bounced emails can be calculated by subtracting delivered emails from sent emails.

What happens if the same recipient opens, clicks, replies, downloads, or books a meeting from the same email multiple times?

We will only count them once in our total number of emails.

Example: Ryan opens the same email 4 different times; we will count it as one open.

If you want to see how engaged an individual is with your sequence email, you can do so by visiting the Live Feed and searching for the individual email address.
