The Mixmax Sidebar in Gmail gives you a convenient way to display contextual information about a specific recipient simply by hovering over their email address. Now, you can do that in multiple places all over the Mixmax app!
The Sidebar makes it easy to find your most engaged recipients and drill deeper into the information about them or even engage with them by email or a phone call - all in one easy flow. Check out all the places where you can find it:
1. The Mixmax Live Feed section
Just click the name of any user in the Recipients column to open the Sidebar with their information. The tabs on the sidebar correspond to the options from the People tab in your Gmail Mixmax Sidebar.
The Live Feed tab is open in the Sidebar by default, but if you switch to a different tab, close the Sidebar, and then open it again, the Sidebar will show you the same tab where you left off!
2. Mixmax Outbox
Click the email of any user in the To column to open the Sidebar in the Outbox section.
3. Some of the Reports
a. Sequences > Recipients
You can access the Sidebar in the Report Builder tab of the Mixmax Reports section if you generate a new report and select Sequences as the Report type and Recipients as the Report subtype. To open the Sidebar, simply click any email in the Recipient Email column.
b. Customers > Recipients
You can access the Sidebar in the Report Builder tab of the Mixmax Reports section if you generate a new report and select Customers as the Report type and Recipients as the Report subtype. To open the Sidebar, simply click any email in the Recipient Email Address column.
4. The Recipients tab in the new Sequence editor
When you create a new Sequence or open an existing Sequence in the Sequences dashboard, the Sidebar is right there in the Recipients tab too!
To close the Sidebar, use the X button in its top right corner.
You don't need to keep in mind all the places where the Sidebar can appear - there is a convenient indicator! If you can see the Click to view profile tooltip when you hover over a username or email address, then you are just one click away from opening the Sidebar!
