Does your email have to say "Sent with Mixmax"? No. On any of our paid plans, and during the 14-day Mixmax Pro trial, you choose whether this line is added to the emails you send.

When you upgrade to a paid plan, or your admin gives you a paid seat, Mixmax automatically turns off "Sent with Mixmax" for you. If you're on a paid plan, but it still shows in your emails, follow the steps below.

Go to your Signatures settings (My settings > Signatures) and tick or untick the box for Include "Sent with Mixmax."

Refresh the page. The setting updates within a few seconds of your upgrade.

No. "Sent with Mixmax" is always included on the Free plan. To remove it, you'll need to purchase a paid plan.

Yes. The Mixmax Pro trial includes every paid feature so that you can turn it off in My settings > Signatures.

If your trial ends or you move from a paid plan to the Free plan, "Sent with Mixmax" is added back to your emails automatically, and you can't remove it while you're on the Free plan. If you upgrade later, it can be turned off again.
