How to configure your Greenhouse settings

This article explains how to configure Greenhouse settings for your Workspace.

If you are a new workspace member and you need to enable the Greenhouse integration for your account, please contact our support team.

For workspace admins

As a workspace admin, you can configure the Greenhouse settings for each Role by navigating to the Roles page in the 'Admin center'.

On the Roles page, select the Role you want to adjust, then go to the Greenhouse tab.

Any changes made on this page will be automatically saved for all workspace members assigned to that Role. Admins in the workspace can edit the Greenhouse sync settings for each Role.

By default, the settings you choose for each Role cannot be modified by individuals assigned to that Role. If you want users in the Role to be able to set and adjust their settings, enable the option for 'Individuals in this role can manage their own Greenhouse settings.'


For workspace members

For regular users, your Greenhouse settings can be found in Settings > CRMs & Live Feed.

If your workspace admin manages your settings, any setting here will be greyed out.
