Our AI colleague, Maxine, is available 24/7 when you contact us via the support messenger in our web app. If she's unable to answer your questions, we can get back to you during our regular operating hours: Monday - Friday, 2 PM - 1 AM UTC. That's 6 AM to 5 PM PST. We usually respond in less than one business day.

When you write your message to us, please remember that the more detail you can provide about the issue, the easier it will be for our team to understand the problem and assist you, ultimately saving you time. Also, every user's computer is different, so it's essential to walk us through the context of the problem. If you're unsure what to provide, you can start with the ones below:

  1. What is the issue?

  2. What were you attempting to do that wasn't possible because of the issue?

  3. What steps did you take before the issue happened?

  4. What do you see when the issue occurs?

Please include screenshots of your entire browser window showing the issue, including the top address bar. Screenshots are very helpful to us! A recording of the issue is even more helpful! If you don't have a recording tool, check out how you can send us a video via email with Vidyard!

If the issue is related to specific messages, like a specific sequence or template, please also include the following:

  • The subject of the message.

  • The recipient(s) of the message.

  • The approximate time/date the message was sent (or intended to be sent).

  • The name of the sequence/template used, if applicable.

  • The URL of the sequence/template, if applicable.

We're looking forward to making your Mixmax experience a success!
