In the Mixmax Sidebar, users can view their HubSpot data such as Company, Contact and Deals. Mixmax will gather the information displayed in the Sidebar directly from HubSpot.

Note: For contacts related to multiple companies and deals, Mixmax will show the Primary Company and the five most recently updated deals.

If HubSpot is busy or the Account’s rate limit has been reached, users may see the notification "HubSpot is busy at the moment, please try again".

Workspace admins can configure which HubSpot properties are displayed in the Sidebar from the Admin settings here.


In order to add additional properties, workspace admins can select the option “+ Show another property” under Contacts, Companies and Deals. The properties added in the Admin settings will be displayed in the Mixmax Sidebar for users in the workspace.

In order to remove properties, workspace admins can select the trashcan icon.

Note: Users who do not have read access to any of the selected properties in HubSpot will still be able to see the values in the Mixmax Sidebar. HubSpot does not provide permissions information to third party integrations.

If the workspace admin has updated their Properties definition and/or Pipelines in HubSpot, and these are present in their Visible Properties table in Mixmax, they will need to select the “Refresh properties” button in order to sync their latest definitions to Mixmax.

Changes include but are not limited to: update in properties labels, update in Deals Pipelines, update in possible values for dropdown properties, etc.

Note:

  • It may take up to five minutes for definition updates on Properties and Pipelines to be available to Mixmax. If these have been recently updated, please wait five minutes and then click on the “Refresh properties” button.

  • For newly added properties in HubSpot, it may also take up to five minutes to display in the “+ Show another property” dropdown in the Mixmax Visible Properties table.

Requirement:

The workspace admin must be connected to the HubSpot - Manual Workflows integration in order to add new Visible Properties and/or use the “Refresh properties” button.

If the workspace admin is not connected to the HubSpot - Manual Workflows integration, they will see the below error messages in the Visible Properties table.
