Remove a recipient from a sequence
You can remove a person from a sequence, so they will not receive additional follow-up stages. This is perfect for when someone calls you on the phone or sends you an email that is not related to your campaign.
Search All Sequences for a Specific Recipient
To remove someone from a sequence, go to the
Sequences page in the Mixmax web app. Click the search bar and enter your recipient's exact email address in the TO search field:

To remove the recipient from a sequence, click the box next to their name and then click
Mark recipients as completed.

Remove Recipient from the Sequence Reports Page
Open your sequence and look at the
Reports tab. Use the search bar to search for the recipient you would like to remove.

Click the
Remove button to exit a recipient from the sequence.

You can remove multiple recipients using the
checkboxes next to each recipient, then use the
Mark Complete button to remove them from the sequence.

Removing Recipients as a Mixmax Administrator
In addition to removing their own recipients, Mixmax administrators can remove recipients added by other members of the workspace.
To view all recipients added to a sequence, select Everyone from the Show Analytics For dropdown. After switching to the Everyone view, administrators can use the steps outlined above to remove a recipient from a sequence.
