Remove a recipient from a sequence
You can remove a person from sequence, so they will not receive additional follow-up stages. This is perfect for when someone calls you on the phone, or sends you an email that is not related to your campaign.
Search all sequences for a specific recipient
To remove someone from a sequence, go to the Sequences page in the Mixmax web app. Click the search bar and enter your recipient's exact email address in TO search field:
To remove the recipient from a sequence, click the box next to their name and then click Mark recipients as completed.
Remove recipient from the Sequence Reports page
Open your sequence and look at the Reports tab. Use the search bar to search for the recipient you would like to remove.
Hover over the recipient and click the Remove button.
