I bought a subscription for the wrong email address account!

Mixmax subscriptions are on a per-email-address basis, meaning you’ll need to purchase your subscription using the email address you use to login to Gmail (or Inbox by Google).  

If your subscription accidentally got associated with the incorrect email address, no need to worry.  Write into us at success@mixmax.com and include the email address you'd like to use for your subscription, and we’ll transfer your subscription over to the correct email address immediately.
