Create Multiple Brands
Need different branding for different teams or regions? No problem.
To configure a new brand:
Select "New brand"
Upload the company logo, set the brand colors, and add company details
Once another brand has been created, Admins can assign specific users or teams.
Managing Your Brands
Workspace admins are able to do the following from the Branding settings.
Create multiple brand profiles
Assign brands to specific users or groups
Set a default brand for the workspace
Delete a brand and reassign users to another brand
What problem does centralized branding solve?
When branding isn’t managed in one place, teams can struggle with:
Emails that look different from sender to sender
Unclear ownership over logos and brand settings
Branding breaking when the person who set it up leaves
Limited control for admins as teams grow
Custom Branding solves this by centralizing branding, so every eligible email looks consistent and on-brand—no matter who sends it.
