Templates are available on all Mixmax plans, including the Free plan, but some options, like Shared Templates, are available only on the Mixmax Small Business plan and above. Check out our pricing page for more information.
Files attached to templates can be uploaded as a Cloud-hosted attachment or as a traditional attachment.
For Outlook-based users, Downloads tracking is supported only for emails sent from the Mixmax web app. It is not supported for individual emails sent from the Outlook inbox. To learn more about the Mixmax integration with Outlook, check out How to use Outlook with Mixmax.
Users choose how the attachment is uploaded by checking or unchecking the Tracked attachment box, as shown below. You will see this option in the template composition window when hovering over the paperclip icon.
Tracked attachments will be uploaded as a cloud-hosted attachment, while untracked attachments will be uploaded as traditional Gmail attachments:
