Mixmax subscriptions are linked to individual email addresses, so you must buy your subscription with the email you plan to use.

If your subscription accidentally got associated with the incorrect email address, no need to worry!

Send a message to our support team. Please let us know the email address associated with the current subscription and the email address you want it transferred to, and we’ll transfer it to the correct address immediately.
