How do I transfer my subscription to another Mixmax account?

This article explains how to transfer a subscription from a Mixmax account to another.

To transfer the Mixmax subscription from one account to another, please contact us and share the following information:

  1. The email address that is currently associated with the subscription.

  2. The email address for the Mixmax account where we should transfer the subscription. Note that the account must already be set up and able to access the Mixmax dashboard.

  3. Please let us know if you would like us to transfer your templates and template folders. The templates will only become available on the new account after we complete the transfer. If you need to delay the transfer date for any reason, please let us know.

  4. If you need to copy the content of your Sequences, please let us know. If the old account is still accessible and within the same Mixmax workspace as the new account, we can temporarily place it on a trial plan. This will allow you to manually share the content of your Sequences from the old account so that the new account can copy them.


Keeping templates on both accounts

Here's what you can do if you would like to keep your templates on both accounts:

  1. Make sure that both your new and old accounts are in the same Mixmax workspace.

  2. Log in to your old account and share your templates with your new account.

  3. Next, log in using the new account and create a new template.

  4. To insert one of the shared templates into the new template, select it from the drop-down menu in the top right corner or use the keyboard shortcut ';' (the semicolon key) while in the body section of the compose window.

  5. Provide a name for the template and, if necessary, choose a folder for it.

  6. Click Save.

  7. Repeat for each of the templates.
