If you don't see Mixmax in your list of extensions, you can install the Chrome extension. Go to the Mixmax page in the Google Chrome Web Store and click Add to Chrome to download the extension.
There may be times when you need to reinstall Mixmax or install it for another email account or device. This might happen if you have recently changed devices or if Mixmax has been removed and is simply no longer connected to your Gmail account.
Are you experiencing issues with Mixmax? In that case, it is also helpful to uninstall and reinstall the extension!
1. Uninstall Mixmax
Go to chrome://extensions in your browser. Find Mixmax in your Chrome extension dashboard. Click the Remove button under Mixmax:
2. Clear your cache and local data of Mixmax content
Go to chrome://settings/content/all in your browser.
Type in "mixmax" into the search bar.
Click Clear displayed data.
3. Restart Chrome
Before taking this action, save your work in any relevant tab.
Go to chrome://restart. This will force Chrome to quit and restart while opening your previous tabs.
4. Reinstall Mixmax
Reinstall the Mixmax Chrome extension by clicking the Add to Chrome button in the Chrome store.
5. Log back into Mixmax
After installing the Mixmax Chrome extension, return to Gmail. Make sure you are logged in by hovering over the Mixmax 'M' logo at the top of Gmail:

Disabling Mixmax
In your address bar, type and go to chrome://extensions. You'll then see all the extensions you have installed. Find Mixmax in your list of extensions. Next, move the toggle switch into the off (left) position.
Re-enabling Mixmax
Go to your installed Chrome extensions page again. Find Mixmax and then move the toggle switch to the on (right) position.
