How to disconnect your email or close your Mixmax account

Learn how to disconnect Mixmax from your Gmail or Outlook account and how to close your Mixmax account.

If you no longer want to use Mixmax, you can disconnect it from your email account. You can also ask Mixmax to delete your personal information and close your account.

Disconnecting Mixmax from Gmail

To fully disconnect Mixmax from Gmail, remove the Mixmax extension from your browser, then remove Mixmax's access to your Google account.

Remove the Mixmax extension

Open the browser where the Mixmax extension is installed and go to its extensions page (in Chrome, chrome://extensions). Find the Mixmax extension, then click Remove.

Removing the Mixmax extension

Removing the extension doesn't cancel your paid Mixmax plan. To cancel it, see How to cancel Mixmax plans.

Your Mixmax account still exists after you remove the extension, so you can reinstall it anytime to start using Mixmax again.

Remove Mixmax's access to your Google account

Sign in to your Google account and open your third-party connections. Select Mixmax, then click Delete all connections you have with Mixmax.

Deleting Mixmax's connections to your Google account

Click Confirm in the pop-up.

Disconnecting Mixmax from Outlook

If you use Mixmax with Outlook, uninstall the Mixmax Add-in. To learn how, see How to uninstall the Mixmax Add-in for Outlook. Uninstalling the add-in doesn't cancel your paid plan either.

Closing your Mixmax account

To have Mixmax delete your personal information, email [email protected] from the email address associated with your Mixmax account.

Thank you for using Mixmax. We're sorry to see you go!
