Need to send a Sequence but unsure where to start? Assisted Sequence creation has you covered. Here's how you can use AI to create a Sequence.

To construct your Sequence, simply fill in the information.

  • Sequence name: Give your Sequence a name or leave the field empty to let Mixmax generate it for you.​

  • Folder: Select the Sequence folder you want the Sequence to be added to.​

  • Audience / Customer role: Describe who the recipients are for the Sequence (e.g., VP of Marketing, Small and Medium Businesses of up to 200 employees).​

  • Customer industry: Describe the industry the recipients are in (e.g., SaaS, IT, Finance).​

  • Customer pain points: Identify the specific challenges your target recipient faces. The more precise you are, the better the results. Consider all the problems that you or your product can address.​

  • Your company value: List your company's value proposition.

  • Purpose: What do you hope to achieve with this sequence? Are you aiming to schedule a meeting with a cold prospect? Do you have a specific CTA for your recipients? Describe your goals here.

The 'Customer pain points' and 'Your company value' fields will be automatically filled in if the Mixmax admin has entered the Company Values and Customer Pain Points information in the 'Workspace Settings' within the 'Admin center.' Click here for more information on how to do this.

Once all fields are filled out, click 'Confirm'.

Mixmax will generate the Sequence and indicate when it's ready. Select 'Let's Go!' to access the Sequence, where you can edit it further and add your recipients!
