Sequence analytics (the statistics shown in the Sequences section of the dashboard, separate from the Live Feed) are maintained for two years.
Where your engagement data lives
Mixmax is the system of record for engagement data, such as opens, clicks, and replies. The periods above apply to that data in Mixmax.
If you sync activity to Salesforce, the synced Tasks and Events become Salesforce data. From then on, they're part of your Salesforce org and follow your Salesforce data retention, not the Mixmax periods above. Salesforce is the system of record for your CRM activity and reporting.
