The meeting transcript page allows you to review every important detail from your meetings, all in one place.
After Copilot captures a meeting, you will receive an email notification with a summary of the call. From the email notification, click "View meeting notes & transcript" to be redirected to the meeting transcript page.
The meeting transcript page gives you a complete view of your past meeting. Users will have access to the following:
Summary
Action Items
Key takeaways
Full, time-stamped transcript
A generate a follow-up email button
Please note: At this time the meeting transcript page is only visible to the meeting host. The host must be logged into Mixmax in order to view the page.
How to delete the meeting summary
If needed, users can delete their meeting notes and transcript by selecting the ellipsis from the upper right hand corner of the meeting notes and transcript page.
The option to "Delete meeting summary" will be presented.
Once selected, the user will then be presented with a screen announcing that their summary and transcript has been deleted.
