How to configure Meeting Copilot notes to sync to Salesforce

Mixmax workspace administrators can set up users' meeting summaries to sync with Salesforce by going to the 'Admin center.'

In the Admin center, select the user's role, and then click on the Salesforce tab. Under the section "Log these activities to Salesforce," check the box next to "Meeting Copilot Notes."

If the account is not managed within a Role, users can adjust their Meeting Copilot Notes syncing by going to the 'CRMs & Live Feed' section on the Settings page.

When the setting to sync meeting summaries with Salesforce is enabled, users will be notified that their meeting notes are syncing to Salesforce.


How Mixmax syncs meeting notes to Salesforce

After a meeting concludes, Mixmax will sync the meeting notes to a Salesforce note under the Account record.

The note will include the information collected by the Mixmax Copilot during the call.

Meeting Copilot activity will not sync directly to Lead or Contact record activities; it will only be logged as a note under the account.

To sync Meeting Copilot notes with HubSpot, ensure your Mixmax account is connected to HubSpot by following the steps provided here.


How Mixmax syncs meeting notes to HubSpot

After a meeting concludes, Mimax will sync the meeting notes to a HubSpot note under the corresponding Contact.

The note will include the details collected by the Mixmax Copilot during the call.

If a user is connected to both Salesforce and HubSpot, Mixmax will prioritize syncing with Salesforce.
