Each Mixmax plan includes a monthly limit on the number of activated recipients you can add across all your sequences. This is the "sequence recipients limit" shown on the pricing page.

Free: 50 activated recipients per month
Inbox Copilot: 100 activated recipients per month
Meeting Copilot: 100 activated recipients per month
Engagement Copilot: 1,500 activated recipients per month
Mixmax Suite: 1,500 activated recipients per month
Mixmax for Teams: 3,000 activated recipients per month

What counts as an activated recipient? A recipient counts toward your limit once they reach Stage 1 in any sequence. The count includes all unique recipients activated across all your sequences within the current month.
What happens when I reach my limit?
Once you've reached your monthly limit, you can still add recipients to sequences — they'll be saved as Draft recipients. Draft recipients are not activated and won't receive any emails until you take action.
You can activate your draft recipients in two ways:
Wait for the next month — your count resets at the start of each billing month, and you can activate drafts then.
Upgrade your plan — a higher plan gives you a larger monthly limit, and you can activate your drafts immediately.
How to make the most of your limit
Focus sequences on your highest-priority contacts first.
If you regularly need more capacity, consider upgrading your plan.
This is different from your daily sending limit. The sequence recipients limit controls how many people you can enroll in sequences per month. Your daily send limit controls how many sequence emails are sent per day to protect your email deliverability.
