Mixmax Pro replaces our previous plans. It's one plan that includes nearly all of Mixmax: email tracking and inbox tools, scheduling and round robin, Sequences, Meeting Copilot, Rules, CRM integrations, and reporting. The only choice you make is how many Sequence recipients each member can activate per month.
Mixmax Pro is available to new workspaces. If your workspace is already on a paid plan, scroll down to see the options on your current plan.

How to choose a recipient step
Check each member's usage. On the Team members page, the Usage this month column shows how many recipients each member has activated so far this month. If you have access to Mixmax reports, use the Report Builder to understand each member's usage better. The Sequences report includes Recipients Added (#) for any date range, so you can see how many recipients a member activated in past months. Use that to decide which step each member needs. Pick the smallest step that covers their busiest normal month. Use the busiest normal month rather than the average. When a member reaches their limit, new recipients are saved as drafts until you move them up a step or their count resets. Counts reset every month.
Choose per member. Each member has their own step, so an SDR can be on 1,500 while a manager stays on 100.
Start with the step that fits today. You can move a member up at any time, and the change takes effect right away with a prorated charge. Moving down takes effect at your next renewal.

What counts as a recipient? Each person you activate in a Sequence counts once, however many stages the Sequence has. Activating the same person in two Sequences counts twice, and drafts don't count. With delegated sending, recipients count toward the member whose account sends the first email stage, so size that member's step, not the step of the person who set up the Sequence. Need more recipients on your current plan?
Our previous plans are now legacy plans: Inbox Copilot, Meeting Copilot, Engagement Copilot, Mixmax Suite, Mixmax for Teams, Copilots for Teams, SMB, Growth, Growth + CRM, and Enterprise. They're no longer offered to new customers, but if your workspace is on one, it keeps working as it does today and you can stay on it. If a member needs more recipients:
Inbox Copilot or Meeting Copilot (100 per month): upgrade the member to Engagement Copilot (1,500 per month) or Mixmax Suite (1,500 per month, plus inbox and meeting tools).
Engagement Copilot or Mixmax Suite (1,500 per month): add a recipient pack from the Team members page: +1,500 for $19 / $25, +5,000 for $39 / $45, or +15,000 for $59 / $75 per member, per month (annual / monthly billing). Learn more in How to add more sequence recipients with recipient packs.
Mixmax for Teams (3,000 per month) or Copilots for Teams (10,000 per month): our Success or Sales team can add a recipient pack for you.
SMB, Growth, Growth + CRM, or Enterprise: these include unlimited Sequence recipients, so there's no limit to raise.

The Team members page shows each member's plan. Any plan other than Mixmax Free or Mixmax Pro is a legacy plan.
