Need a copy of your Mixmax invoice or payment receipt? This article explains how to find them.
Automatic email receipts
Mixmax uses Stripe for payment processing. After each payment, Stripe automatically sends an email receipt to the admin who manages the subscription. Check your inbox for emails from Stripe if you need a quick copy.
Downloading invoices from Stripe
To view your full billing history and download invoices:
Go to Admin Settings > Billing.
Under Current Subscription, click the Manage on Stripe → button.
In the Stripe billing portal, you can view your payment history, download individual invoices, and update your payment method.
Only workspace admins can access the Billing settings. If you don't see the Billing tab, ask your workspace admin for help.
What's on the invoice
Each Stripe invoice includes:
Billing date and amount charged
Plan name and seat count
Any prorated adjustments for mid-cycle changes
Payment method used
