If your workspace is on a monthly Mixmax plan, you can switch to annual billing directly from your billing settings. Annual plans include a built-in discount compared to monthly pricing.
Who can switch
Workspace admins on a monthly billing plan can switch to annual. You'll see an amber card on your billing settings page showing your potential savings.
If you don't see the option, it may be because:
You're not a workspace admin
Your workspace is already on annual billing
There's an outstanding payment issue — update your payment method first
If everything checks out and you still don't see the option, contact support and we'll help.
How to switch
Go to Settings > Billing
You'll see an amber card showing your potential savings — click Switch to annual
Review the confirmation modal. It shows:
A line-item pricing breakdown comparing your monthly and annual costs per user
Your total annual savings
The amount due today, including a credit for the remaining days on your current monthly cycle
Click Confirm & switch to annual
You'll see a confirmation with your charge amount, savings, and next invoice date
What happens when you switch
All seats and add-ons switch together. The entire workspace moves to annual billing in a single transaction.
You receive a proration credit for the remaining days on your current monthly billing cycle. This is deducted from your first annual payment.
A single invoice is generated covering the annual total minus your proration credit.
Your subscription renews automatically 12 months from the switch date.
Good to know
Active coupons are removed. Annual pricing already includes a discount, so any existing coupon on your monthly plan will not carry over.
Switching back to monthly isn't available from the billing page. If you need to revert to monthly billing, contact our support team and we'll take care of it.
I don't see the option to switch
Check the following:
You're a workspace admin
Your workspace is on a monthly billing plan
You don't have any outstanding payment issues
If everything looks correct and you still don't see the option, contact support and we'll help.
