Admin center overview

This article describes Workspace-level settings that Workspace admins can manage.

Mixmax administrators can access additional admin settings from the Admin center. This gives workspace administrators control over their Workspace. The profile setting in the Team members page controls access to the Admin center.

Billing

Workspace admins can add or update the credit card details on the Billing tab. Subscriptions for users in your Workspace will be charged to the card listed here.

Roles

Roles allow workspace admins to configure settings for a subset of users.

To manage roles, go to the Roles tab in Admin center. If you don't see the Admin center option, this means you are not a workspace admin. You can contact your workspace admin to request permission.

Creating Roles

To create a new role, click Roles in the Admin center, then select New Role.

Workspace admins can create multiple roles and assign a role for each user. Admins can configure default settings for particular sets of users, including the following:

  • Mixmax sync settings: You can decide whether data on recipients' opens, clicks, downloads, replies, and meeting confirmations from emails sent by users assigned a specific role is synced to the Teams Live Feed. You can also choose whether Teams in your workspace can view the content of your emails.

  • Salesforce sync: If you’re on a plan that includes CRM integration, you can opt to enable a prompt to create new leads or contact records for recipients that do not exist in Salesforce. You can also manage what activities are synced to Salesforce.

  • Exclusions: Emails sent to the domains and addresses listed here will not be auto-bcc'd or synced to the Mixmax Group Live Feed or Salesforce.

  • Unsubscribe: Require all sequences sent by users assigned to a specific role to include an unsubscribe link.

  • Tracking: Enable or disable all tracking on new messages and sequences for members of this role.

You can also configure the sync settings so that individuals with the role can manage their own settings.

When that option is selected, they can manage their settings on their CRMs & Live Feed settings page.


CRM Integrations

On the CRM Integrations tab, you can see whether users in your workspace are connected to integrations such as Salesforce. If they are not connected, you can invite them by clicking 'Invite to connect'. This will prompt you to send the invitation via email.

Workspace Rules

Workspace admins can create Workspace-level rules for teams on Copilot for Teams. Workspace-level rules apply to all members of your workspace.


Dialer

For teams with access to the Mixmax Dialer, workspace admins can enable or disable the Dialer for the entire workspace.


Workspace Settings

On the Workspace settings tab, you can specify the default role for your workspace, set send limits, change your workspace's name, and specify a custom domain for tracking and calendars.
