What is Mixmax?

Mixmax is a sales engagement platform that works inside Gmail and Outlook. It helps revenue teams — SDRs, AEs, CSMs, and their managers — send personalized outreach, book meetings, and close deals faster, without leaving their inbox.


How Mixmax works

Mixmax runs as a Chrome extension for Gmail and an Outlook add-in, plus a web dashboard at app.mixmax.com for managing sequences, reports, and workspace settings. You keep using your existing email — Mixmax adds capabilities on top of it.

Send personalized emails at scale

Create multi-stage Sequences that automatically send follow-up emails, create tasks, and schedule calls — personalized for each recipient using merge variables and CSV uploads.

Track email opens and clicks

See who opened your email, when, and how many times with real-time email tracking. Get desktop notifications so you can follow up at the right moment.

Book meetings without back-and-forth

Share your availability with one-click meeting scheduling links embedded directly in your emails. Recipients pick a time, and the meeting is added to both calendars automatically.

Automate repetitive workflows

Set up Rules to automate actions — like creating a Salesforce task when someone opens your email, or adding a recipient to a sequence when a deal reaches a certain stage.

Connect to Salesforce or HubSpot

Mixmax syncs emails, meetings, and sequence activity to Salesforce or HubSpot automatically. Admins can configure the CRM integration at the workspace level so the entire team stays in sync.

Make calls from your browser

With Mixmax Calling (available on the Mixmax for Teams plan), you can dial prospects directly from Gmail or a sequence task — no separate dialer needed. Calls are logged to your CRM automatically.

See what's working across your team

Managers can track team activity, sequence performance, and individual metrics from the Mixmax dashboard and Mixmax Insights in Salesforce.


Plans and pricing

Get started

Ready to try Mixmax? Here's how to get going:

  1. Install the extension — add Mixmax from the Chrome Web Store or set up the Outlook add-in.

  2. Join or create a workspace — if your company already uses Mixmax, you'll be prompted to join your team's workspace.

  3. Send your first tracked email — compose an email in Gmail and Mixmax tracking is enabled automatically.
