Email open rates tracking is available on all Mixmax plans, including the Free plan, but some options, like clicks and downloads tracking, are available only on the Mixmax Small Business plan and above. Check out our pricing page for more information.
Mixmax provides email analytics so you know who opens emails, clicks links, downloads files, confirms meetings, and replies to your messages. Tracking differs by plan — for details, see What kind of tracking is included in my plan?
Free plan
For customers on the Free plan, the Tracking data is available for the past 30 days. If you stop using your Mixmax account, Tracking and other data will become unavailable after 30 days of inactivity.
Small Business plan and above
For customers on the Small Business plan and above, the Live Feed data is available for the past 365 days.
If you move from one of the paid plans to the Free plan, your prior Live Feed data will no longer be available. If you stop using your Mixmax account, data will remain available as long as your subscription is current. If your subscription is unpaid, you’ll be moved to the Free plan, and your prior Live Feed data will no longer be available.
Sequence analytics (the statistics shown in the Sequences section of the dashboard, separate from the Live Feed) are maintained for two years.
