How do I download my personal information?

Learn how to download your personal data as a CSV file in the Mixmax web app.

You can download a CSV file with all your personal data that Mixmax has in our system! Here's how:

  1. Please go to the Security & Privacy section of your Settings.

  2. Click Download my data.

Downloading my data

The downloaded CSV will include the following information:

  • Email: your email address

  • Name: your name

  • ipAddress: your current IP address

  • deviceType: some details on the device/browser you are using
