Mixmax only tracks emails from desktop Gmail with the Mixmax Chrome Extension and Outlook with the Mixmax Add-in. If you send someone a tracked email with Mixmax and they respond from their mobile phone, tracking on your end will still work. You can look at your Mixmax Live Feed and see the tracking information.
