Mixmax Calling allows you to generate US and Canada-based phone numbers out of the box. International numbers can be requested but require additional documentation to provision.

In some cases, numbers in a specific area code may not be available. If this happens, Mixmax will display a message: "There are no numbers available in that region." This can occur because:

Mixmax does not control how often numbers are released from our provider, and there is no established schedule. Prior to release, numbers go through a recycling and capability testing process. This ensures the numbers are clean and fully operational before being made available.

If you're attempting to obtain a number in a currently unavailable region, we recommend checking back every few days.

By default, Mixmax only allows you to generate US and Canada-based phone numbers. International numbers can be requested but require additional documentation to comply with local regulations. To purchase new international numbers, please contact our support team with the required documentation.
