If you want to send Sequences in your workspace on weekends, you need to enable the 'Allow emails to be sent on weekends' option in the 'Admin center' under the 'Workspace settings' page.
This option is only available to workspace admins, so you may need to ask your admin to enable sending on weekends.
Enabling email sending on weekends will affect all Sequences in the workspace and may require rescheduling some emails.
Tick the box next to 'Allow emails to be sent on weekends,' then click Modify on the confirmation pop-up to enable this setting.
