This article explains how to add an entire domain to the Unsubscribed domains list.

Sequences are available on the Mixmax Small Business plan and above. Visit our pricing page for more details.

Workspace admins can utilize the 'Unsubscribed domains' list to restrict users from sending Sequences to specific domains. This feature applies to all recipients added via Salesforce, the web app, Rules, or API.

Users you add through Gmail will not be automatically removed.

You can find the 'Unsubscribed domains' list by navigating to the 'Admin center' and then clicking 'Workspace settings' and adding or removing domains.

You can manually enter each domain, separating them with line breaks. Domains need to be in the abc.xyz format.

Once a domain is added to the unsubscribe list, users in the workspace will no longer be able to add recipients from that unsubscribed domain to their sequences. If they try to add such recipients, an alert will notify them that the recipients belong to an unsubscribed domain. To view the email addresses of the removed recipients, users can click on 'Details' in the alert pop-up.

Recipients from unsubscribed domains removed

Recipients already active in sequences that belong to newly unsubscribed domains will not be removed from the sequences. Any recipients you attempt to add to a sequence in the future, however, will be automatically removed.
