You're already successfully reaching leads, customers, and candidates with sequences β now you can share those best practices with your coworkers.
When you share sequences, your team's analytics are aggregated, allowing you to track your team's performance.
Sequences can't be transferred between accounts; they can only be shared. If you need to transfer sequence ownership to a different account, you can share the sequence with that account and then have the account owner create a copy of the shared sequence.
Share a Sequence
To share a sequence, first click the Share or Edit Sharing icon in the top-right corner.
Then, on the sharing pop-up window, click the field to "Invite users or groups," then search for the individual or Group you wish to share the sequence with. You can repeat this process until you have the desired list of users or groups to share the sequence with.
Sharing Permissions
Choose the access level for the Groups or individuals you share your sequence with.
Can view: allowed to view and use only.
Can edit: allowed to edit the sequence, including content and settings. When the content and settings are edited, the changes will apply to everyone who has access to the sequence.
Workspace admins can access all shared sequences in the workspace and edit, pause, or remove recipients from them.
Share a Sequence Folder
If you have a large number of sequences in your Group, sharing sequence folders keeps them organized and neat for everyone.
To share a Sequence folder, simply click the Share or Edit sharing icon in the top-right corner.
In the pop-up window that appears, you can search or select the individuals or Groups you wish to share the folder with.
You can share a folder with View or Edit permissions. With Edit permission, anybody can also add new sequences to the folder for sharing. When you share a sequence folder, every sequence within the folder will be shared with View permissions while it remains in that folder.
When you share a folder with Edit permissions, you grant the right to edit/use the folder, which means you can add sequences to it, change its name, or delete it. However, the actual sequence-sharing settings are still determined on the sequence level, so even if you have Edit permissions for the folder, you might not have Edit permissions for every sequence inside the folder.
