You can copy a sequence from your Sequences Dashboard by clicking the three dots icon next to Add Recipients under the sequence name. Then click Copy sequence.
If you have the sequence open, you can also click the Actions menu in the top-right corner of the page, then select Copy sequence.
You'll be prompted to review the sequence copy name and the folder where it should be placed. When you are done, click Copy to save the new sequence.
Migrating sequences from other tools
Mixmax does not support direct import of sequences from other platforms like Apollo, Outreach, or Pipedrive. To recreate a sequence from another tool:
Export your sequence steps and email copy from the source tool.
Create a new sequence in Mixmax — you can build it manually or use Create Sequences with AI to generate stages from a description of your campaign.
