Currently, Mixmax keyboard shortcuts are not supported for Outlook-based users. To learn more about the Mixmax integration with Outlook, check out How to use Outlook with Mixmax.
Mixmax supports a full menu of keyboard commands that make your most common actions instantaneous. You can use keyboard commands as shortcuts to quickly access the Enhancements menu, Templates, and Sequences, all from a Gmail compose window.
Slash commands for Enhancements
For email enhancements (anything found under the Enhance menu), just type / (slash) on a new line to get a full menu of smart commands. Below, you'll see a comprehensive list of all the different slash commands Mixmax offers out of the box. This is particularly useful for instantly finding a street address, adding your personal calendar link to a message, or inserting an image or animated GIF — and you can do all that without leaving your inbox!
Below is an example of how to share an animated GIF with teammates to celebrate awesomeness — type /giphy followed by a keyword:

Keyboard commands for Templates & Sequences
For templates and sequences, type ; (semicolon) to bring up a list of your templates or sequences. You can navigate the list with your arrow keys or type the name of the template or sequence to find it in the list quickly.
Keyboard commands settings
You can enable or disable the keyboard slash and semicolon commands in the Mixmax web app under personal Settings > Composing. Simply check the box next to the settings you wish to enable:

Tasks Workflow
The Mixmax Tasks Workflow mode puts your task productivity into overdrive. We have several keyboard shortcuts to navigate your tasks without ever leaving your keyboard. To learn more, go to Tasks Workflow.
