How many users can access my Mixmax account?

This article describes how Mixmax accounts work and what you can do to share Mixmax features with your team members.

Mixmax accounts are set up on a per-email basis, so each user will need their own Mixmax account to access features like email tracking, templates, and sequences.

If you have another email address from which you'd like to send your Mixmax emails, you can import this email address as an alias in Gmail. This will allow you to send emails from either your standard email address or an alias email address that you've added.

Once you and your colleagues are set up with individual Mixmax accounts in a shared Workspace, you'll be able to share features such as email templates, contacts, and other assets by creating a Mixmax Group. Check out our Groups overview for information on how to set this up.
