Calendar enhancements overview

This is a high-level overview of Mixmax Calendar Enhancements and Calendars.

Calendar Enhancements are available on all Mixmax plans, including the Free plan. Some features, like Book meetings on behalf of others, are available only on the Mixmax Pro (incl. Trial), Meeting Copilot, Mixmax Suite, and Mixmax for Teams plans. Check out our pricing page for more information.

Mixmax has four calendar features to make scheduling events as easy as possible. With these features, you can schedule group events or important meetings without switching between email, calendar, and third-party scheduling apps — you can do it all from within a single email!

Calendars

Calendars let you create and customize meeting options to fit your needs. Each Calendar has its own public calendar link, so anyone can click a time to schedule a meeting with you. Your public Calendar links are perfect for sharing in a sequence or in your email signature because the available times are always fresh and up to date! Share Availability

The Share Availability enhancement lets you schedule meetings instantly, without the back-and-forth. You simply send available times to your recipient, and they confirm a meeting time directly in the email. Don't be surprised when your response rate increases dramatically! You can even schedule on someone else's calendar. To learn more, check out the Share Availability enhancement.

Calendar invite

The Calendar invite enhancement makes it easy to invite people to any event. With the click of a button, your recipients can respond to your invitation, and the event will automatically be scheduled on their Google Calendar. Learn more about the Calendar invite enhancement.

Group scheduling

The group scheduling enhancement lets you ask business partners, colleagues, or friends for their availability directly in email. When they respond, you can instantly see which time works best for your group and then schedule your event directly on everyone's Google Calendar. Learn more about the Group Scheduling enhancement.

FAQ

Does Mixmax integrate with Calendly or other third-party scheduling tools?

Mixmax does not integrate with Calendly, Cal.com, or similar external scheduling platforms. Instead, Mixmax includes its own scheduling features that work directly inside Gmail and Outlook:

  • Calendars — shareable booking pages (similar to Calendly links) that let prospects pick a time on your calendar.

  • Calendar invites — one-click event creation from the compose window.

  • Group scheduling — coordinate availability across multiple attendees.

  • Share Availability — drop time slots directly into an email body.

If you're currently using Calendly, you can continue using Calendly links in your emails alongside Mixmax. They won't conflict, but Calendly bookings won't appear in Mixmax reporting or trigger Mixmax Rules.

Can I create a one-time-use scheduling link that expires after someone books?

Not currently. Calendar and Calendars links stay active and reusable after a meeting is booked — there's no setting to make a scheduling link single-use or auto-expire after its first booking. What you can do instead is specify up to when a Mixmax Calendar link can be used by configuring the 'Limit future bookings' setting.

Can I use Calendar Enhancements in Outlook?

If you use Mixmax with Outlook, you can use Share Availability in your inbox. The other Calendar Enhancements aren't available in the Outlook inbox yet, but you can use them in the Mixmax web app, in Sequences and Rules. To learn more about the Mixmax integration with Outlook, check out How to use Outlook with Mixmax.
